Forum Name: Hunters Council
Forum URL: hunterscouncil.proboards61.com
Forum Description:
hunterscouncil.proboards61.com/index.cgi
Background
Set on our very own planet Earth, the Hunters Council is a group of people who track and hunt down the not-so-normal creatures that lurk in our midst. Though everyday life goes on as normal, vampires, demons and werewolves roam the Earth. That is why the Council was set up; to track down and destroy any and all creatues that threaten the existence of human beings. But now, June West High School in the West of England is being threatened by a gang of unruly creatures, and it is up to the Council to stop them.
Plot
The present day, and the Council are still working to rid the UK of the creatures that still roam its shores. But lately there have been reports of strange goings-on in a nearby town. Bodies have been found, but everything seems to be concentrated around the school, June West High School. Because the Council cannot afford to allow the public to know that the creatures off myths and ghost stories are real, the Council has decided to send five of its youngest Hunters to the school, so that they can keep an eye on students from within.
Other Info
[li]So far we have around 20 members.
[/li][li]The first port of call for any new members is here, where there is a full guide on what to do once you have joined, including links to the various threads such as the rules, character application form and new member welcome thread.
[/li][li]The roleplaying is based in the school, though there is an out-of-school section. This means that though there is a plot to the forum, it doesn't mean that all the characters are stuck to it.
[/li][li]I'm looking for some more human members. After all, how would a forum like this be any good without the stubborness of humans that just refuse to die?
[/li][li]We are a literate forum, and expect posts to be of a reasonably high standard. However, I have no problem with members who don't think they're quite 'good enough', and want a little helping hand with their roleplaying.
[/li][li]We have an advertising board that is open to guests, and affiliation is easy peasy![/li][/ul]
