When will you face this? Why do you run? How will you ever heal, if you've lost the ability to feel?

The Plot ;;
Welcome to the Psychiatric School for Criminally Habitual Ones. PSYCHO, for short.
What is PSYCHO, you may ask? Well, PSYCHO is what the title says. PSYCHO is a school for the criminally inclined in their teenage years. Whether their actions are simply robbing from a corner store, hiding and housing a criminal, running away, or mass murders, all types of criminals can be found here.
By now, you're probably thinking, "Good! Lock them away! Why would we want them running among the normal people?" But, did you ever stop to think, that maybe what's best for you, isn't what's best for them? Sure, sure, it sounds good... Therapy, round the clock guarding, locked away on an island fifteen miles off the coast of California, no chance of escape, three meals a day and taken off the streets. How foolish of you to believe such lies...
The only truth in their lies is that the teens no longer are living on the street. But with such horrible conditions, the streets seem almost better to some...
The government sees no reason to keep the criminals there; they think that they can cure themselves and see no reason why they shouldn't let them back onto the streets to let them fend for themselves, no matter the crimes they end up committing in the process. PSYCHO's warden, however, believes that the people in PSYCHO were sent here for a reason, and should be punished to the fullest for their crimes.
The guards have been given orders to do everything in their power to make the already psychotic residents even more insane, to prove to the government just how badly the current residents need PSYCHO. Whether that be allowing the drunks the ability to get alcohol, the users to find drugs and get high, or the cutters to find their blades. The guards have also become harsher than usual, giving out odd and abusive punishments for minor things, while allowing other rules to be broken.
Needless to say, PSYCHO is no longer a safe place...

Rules ;;
General;;
[-] You may have as many characters as you please, as long as you can keep track of them and keep them active. If we find one that is inactive, we will take down his or her profile.
[-] Proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation is required. I understand that not everyone knows how to spell each and every word, or makes a typo every now and then, but there is a Spell Check button for that. Please also read over your post before you publish it to see if you made any mistakes.
[-] Flooding is not allowed. Flooding is three or more of the same characters in a row (ex: !!!!!!).
[-] Cussing is allowed, however you may not use swear words all over your post.
[-] If you're leaving, tell us so on the 'Leaving?' board. This includes going on a trip, taking a break from this forum, and quitting permanently.
[-] Please leave the moderating to the moderators.
[-] Don't ask to be a staff member. If I need some staff I'll offer you the position or I'll post a form for anyone to fill out and choose the best one.
[-] Please do not change the colour of your font.
[-] Absolutely no chat speak is allowed (ex: dnt tlk lyk dis). Although, acronyms such as 'lol', 'lmao', and 'brb' are allowed. Abbreviations such as 'esp. (especially)' are allowed. Only out of character, though.
In Character;;
[-] No Powerplaying. Powerplaying is taking control of another member's character.
[-] No Godmoding. Godmoding is being invincible, like dodging all attacks and whatnot.
[-] Please use the form provided for your character. It will not be accepted unless you do. However, if you are given special permission by me, Ninetails (admin), you may use a different form.
[-] You may only roleplay if your character is accepted by an administrator.
[-] The required amount of words for each post is a hundred and fifty. We understand that sometimes you're low on muse, so if you're having a bad day the minimum is a hundred, but please try your best. If you only reach a hundred, please note at the bottom of your post that you are experiencing writer's block.
[-] This is an intermediate/advanced roleplay. That means if you have little or no roleplaying experience (you don't even know what roleplay is), this is not the forum for you.
[-] Graphic situations are allowed, but please put a warning of some sort in the title (i.e "Explicit", "Warning", "Rated R").
[-] When a character speaks, please put it in between "quotes" and bold it, with their thoughts italicized. This helps better tell the two apart from the other, so as not to confuse others.
[-] Liquid time is allowed, but please limit your character to three places. Liquid time means your character can be at more than one place at once.
[-] Posts must be in past tense and in third person. Trust me, this is easier.
[-] No Mary-Sues/Gary-Lues. These are characters that everything about them is perfect. But Pity-Sues aren't allowed either; their whole life isn't going to be a hopeless mess.
Out of Character;;
[-] Please do not overflow your roleplay posts with OOC messages.
[-] If you make an out of character message in a roleplay post, please put 'OOC:' before it.
[-] No harassing other members.
[-] No cussing at other members.
These rules are not a choice to follow; they are law. If you are caught not following any one of these rules, any of the staff has the right to ban you from the website, depending on your offense.

Hey, I'm Kira. Or, Starship, if you prefer. I'm one of the administrators on Bound To Violence. ^^ I helped make the site. Uh, I'm sort of in charge of the advertisement, but because we never really made a decision, it was a self-declared role.
Don't be afraid us; we're not mean, but we are strict when needed. Feel free to join if you think you're up to it. BTV is a somewhat advanced roleplay, and we expect you to be mature, responsible, and experienced. No, that doesn't mean you need to be serious all the time. In fact, the rest of us can be pretty immature at times. xD I wouldn't call messing around immaturity, but others would, so.
That's about it. C: Please, don't be shy and join!
